I understand that an annual subscription will be purchased that allows access for 1 person to ecdb.com. The subscription will automatically renew for an additional twelve months at the end of each subscription term unless cancelled by you three months prior to the end of the subscription term. In case of renewal, the license fee will increase by eight percent for each term automatically renewed.
Our onboarding team will contact you by the end of the following working day (Mon-Fri) at the latest. The contract period begins on the day of activation.
The purchase contract (click on purchase) is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of eCommerceDB GmbH as well as the Product and Services Description of the account. Information on when we delete personal data, the countries where we save data (e.g., U.S., EU, Singapore), and the companies we collaborate with can be found in our privacy statement ( https://ecommercedb.com/imprint ).
