The Most Used Shipping Service Providers by Online Stores in Canada

Our analysis of 829 Canadian online retailers, for which shipping information is available and known, reveals a clear preference for Canada Post, which is the top choice among shipping carriers, chosen by 53% of these online businesses.
Notably, a significant portion (39%) offer the added convenience of Self-collection or Click & Collect services.
FedEx and UPS are close behind at 21% and 19% respectively, while Purolator and Canpar are preferred by 14% and 6% of online stores. Even the United States Postal Service (USPS) has a role to play, serving 4% of establishments, albeit on a smaller scale.
It is possible that these online stores use more than one carrier.
