The Top 7 Most Used Shipping Service Providers by Italian Online Stores

Out of the 1,027 Italian online stores surveyed, Bartolini (BRT) and GLS are the most preferred shipping carriers with a usage share of 29% and 24% respectively.
A significant proportion of these online stores (20%) opt for the convenience of self-collection or Click & Collect options.
DHL and UPS follow closely with 19% and 16% respectively, while SDA (Poste Italiane) and TNT capture 15% and 9% of the market share.
This is according to the latest ecommerceDB analysis of online stores for which information is available or known. It is important to note that online stores may use multiple carriers.
