The Statista Consumer Insights report shows that consumers in Mexico are highly price-sensitive when it comes to fashion and technological gadgets. Online shoppers in Mexico prioritize low prices in the Clothing category (56%), with Shoes being a close second (50%). Similarly, consumers seek affordable alternatives for Smartphones (42%). The report also indicates that Detergents & Cleaning Products ranks fourth (40%) in terms of categories where consumers are taking advantage of low prices, highlighting that consumers in Mexico are not only price-sensitive towards luxury items but also essential household products.
