The popularity of self-collection or Click & Collect remains significant at 24%, reflecting the convenience sought by Austrian shoppers. DPD and GLS secure shares of 20% and 12% respectively.
Both UPS and Hermes maintain their global presence at 10% and 5% respectively. It is possible that these online stores use more than one carrier.
